Hosting isn't bundled into our software price because needs vary enormously — 200 members needs a completely different server than 50,000 members. We'll recommend the right spec during onboarding.
You can host with any provider — AWS, DigitalOcean, Hostinger, Hetzner — or we can manage hosting for you at a monthly fee.

Your software keeps running after 24 months with zero action required — we don't switch it off or charge a renewal fee. The 24-month support period covers bug fixes, security patches and compatibility updates.
If you want continued priority support and proactive updates beyond that, you can opt into our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC):
