The software itself is a one-time cost — there are no recurring licence fees. Ongoing costs include:

• Hosting: Cloud or VPS hosting (we offer managed hosting from USD 30/month)
• AMC (Annual Maintenance): Optional support contract for updates and priority support
• Domain renewal: Annual domain fee

We give you a full cost breakdown before you sign anything.

Yes. For orders above USD 999, we offer a milestone-based payment structure — typically 50% upfront, 25% at delivery of demo, and 25% at final delivery. We do not offer traditional EMI but we are flexible with payment scheduling for serious clients. Talk to us about your budget.

Every package includes the complete MLM software (admin panel + member portal), the features listed in that package, one payment gateway integration, SMS/email notifications, genealogy tree, e-wallet, payout module, and 3 months of free support. Mobile app, additional integrations, custom plan logic, and additional languages are priced separately and quoted upfront.

Delivery time depends on the package:

• Starter (basic plan): 7–10 working days
• Professional (standard features): 15–20 working days
• Enterprise (custom plan + mobile app): 30–45 working days
• Hybrid / Custom plans: 45–60 working days

Timeline starts after plan document approval and advance payment. Complex crypto or smart contract projects may take longer.

We offer priority development for clients who need faster delivery. For standard Binary or Unilevel plans, we can often deliver a working demo within 5 working days with priority scheduling. An expedited delivery fee applies. Contact us with your deadline and we'll tell you if it's feasible.

Yes — source code is included in the Professional and Enterprise packages. The Starter package is deployed as a managed service without source code access. When source code is provided, you receive full ownership and can modify it freely. We recommend keeping us as your development partner for future changes since our team knows the codebase best.

Most plan parameters (commission percentages, rank thresholds, weekly caps, capping rules) are configurable from the admin panel — you can change them without developer involvement. Structural changes (e.g., switching from Binary to Unilevel, or changing the fundamental tree logic) require development work and are treated as a change request with a separate quote.

Yes, absolutely. Our product-based MLM software includes a full product catalogue with PV/BV assignment, wholesale and retail pricing, autoship/standing order system for recurring monthly purchases, inventory tracking, order management, retail sales logging for distributors, and retail profit calculation. This is essential for Generation Plan businesses and companies operating in regulated markets.

All packages include free post-launch support:

• Starter: 3 months free support
• Professional: 6 months free support
• Enterprise: 12 months free support

Support covers bug fixes, minor adjustments and technical issues. Feature additions, new integrations, and major changes are quoted separately. After the free period, you can purchase an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for continued priority support.

Yes. Every delivery includes a live training session (via Zoom/Google Meet) covering the full admin panel — member management, commission management, payout closing, system settings, plan configuration and reporting. We also provide written admin documentation and video walkthroughs. Additional training sessions can be scheduled as needed.

Any bugs found within the support period are fixed at no charge with high priority. We have a dedicated support team that responds within 24 hours on business days (48 hours on weekends). Critical bugs (system-down, wrong commission calculation) are treated as emergencies and addressed within 2–4 hours.

Yes, we handle data migrations from other MLM platforms. This includes migrating member data, genealogy tree structure, transaction history, wallet balances and rank data. Migration complexity and timeline depends on the size of your existing database and the format data is available in. We'll assess your current system and provide a migration plan with timeline and cost estimate.

Direct Selling / MLM is legal in India subject to the Direct Selling Guidelines 2016 issued by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Key requirements include: no income primarily from recruitment, product-based business, proper buy-back policy, and transparent income disclosures. Our software includes features that support compliance — retail sales tracking, buy-back module, TDS deduction, income disclosure statements, and KYC. We recommend consulting a legal advisor familiar with Direct Selling regulations for your specific business model.

Yes. Our software includes:

• TDS deduction at payout based on configurable TDS rates (10% standard, or custom rate)
• PAN verification before payout to ensure TDS is applied correctly
• TDS reports in the format required for filing Form 26Q
